      Way of working/ checking – matex is a good kitchen with specially trained cooks who can cater to
     different  buyers as per their needs.At matex we have facility to show strike-offs to the customers
     on the basis of their designs/colours and fabrics .

     We have a huge integrated in house fabric library covering almost all kind of fabrics ranging from plain ,
     twill to complicated dobbies like waffel,ribstop,herringbone,hopsack, Satin,tussar ,poplin etc.which can be
     produced against orders .We are also used to doing seasonal collection for our private brand label customers
     like Maple ,Chevalier ,Oxegene,etc.

   To ensure that buyer gets value for money against the orders placed by him, we at matex strictly follow TQM .
   As soon as the fabric is ready ,before moving it to further process it is checked by our experienced quality
  checkers.In short after every stage fabric is checked before it is finally cut on the basis of the pattern made ,
  taking into account shrinkage margins .All garments are then tumble washed in softner to compensate for the
  shrinkage  and ultimately give buyer soft and pre-shrunked garments.
